AI Smart Suggestions

The AI Smart Suggestions feature helps users reply faster by automatically generating three AI-powered response options for incoming messages. It reduces typing effort and ensures consistent, professional communication across individual and group chats.

When a message arrives, Troop Messenger analyzes the conversation context and shows three suggested replies. Users can easily click a suggested response to send it as their own.

Key Points:

• Suggestions appear dynamically for the most recent incoming message, and also for earlier messages when accessed through the reply option. These options are displayed only when the AI Smart Suggestions icon is clicked.
• Admins can enable or disable AI Smart Suggestions for the organization and control visibility of the feature from the admin dashboard.
