This feature helps users quickly understand shared documents by generating summaries directly inside the chat window. It saves time by presenting key points without requiring everyone to open and read the entire file.

Share a supported document in any 1:1 or group conversation and let AI File Summary do the work. Once the file is uploaded, Troop Messenger can automatically generate a summary of its content. The summary appears directly in the chat, above any captions you added, providing everyone with immediate insight into the file's contents.

Key Points:

• AI File Summary supports popular formats such as DOCX, DOC, PDF, PPT/PPTX, XLS/XLSX, ODT, ODS, ODP, CSV, TXT, MD, RTF, and LOG, based on admin configuration.
• If a file exceeds the configured size limit or is of an unsupported type, no summary will be generated, and the file will function like a standard attachment.
• Admins can uncheck specific extensions in the settings to exclude them from AI processing whenever required.
• Summaries are generated once the file upload is complete; the AI File Summary card then appears in the chat.
