When you search for fellow orange users with their first and last names, you can now see an orange dot on the bottom right of their profile image.

Orange Members in Admin Dashboard Users Tab
Now, Admins can view who added a new Orange Member and when, along with the last seen online date and time in the Admin Dashboard>>Users Tab>>Orange Members. If the Orange member did not log in at least once, the last logged-in will be shown as never.

Mentions Controls
Now the admin can:
  • Enable/Disable mentions in One-to-One and Group Chat
  • Enable/Disable mentions to non-group users within a group
  • Enable/Disable to enter a Minimum of three characters after @ to show mention users
Airtime Group Controls
The TM admin has been given the privilege to enable responses for users to Admin messages. Once enabled, users can reply to admin messages in Airtime groups. Also, the admin can Disable the notifications for the 'User-Deactivation' Message and the 'Group/User Attribute change' Message.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed duplicate messages issue on the Desktop.
  • Fixed orange members being unable to use the mentions feature in a group. While drafting a message in group chats, the orange member can now mention a person’s name using the "@" symbol.

Create/Edit Group from Admin Dashboard
The TM admin or any authorized user can create or edit a group from Admin Dashboard-Groups, without being a part of it.
Group Chat History Availability
A newly added group member will have access to the group's chat history. This happens when the TM admin allows the control of 'Group Chat History for New Members' in the Admin Dashboard.

Chat Controls
TM admin can control chat access on the application. They can enable or disable 1:1 chat functionality for the users. Hence, the users can chat if only the chat functionality is enabled in Admin Dashboard.
Group Controls
The TM admin has been given the privilege to show or hide exited or deleted groups from the chat list panel and the global search filter.
Screen Shot and Screen Recording Controls
No one can capture a screenshot or perform a screen recording of the application unless it is allowed to them by the TM admin.
Restrict Login Controls
Organizations can restrict user login from the play store and app store when they manage TM mobile app from the MDM software. The TM Admin may exclude users from these restrictions.
Text Message Controls
Only those users (roles) can share, forward, and copy a text message based on the permissions enabled to them by the TM Admin.
Updated Profile Tabs
Updated user and group profile tabs to text.
Auto Close
You don't have to click the cancel button to close the third window panel (e.g., the View Profile window). It closes automatically by sending, replying, or forwarding a message

Common Groups
Find the common groups you and your co-worker(user) belong to. Go to the user profile to view the list of Common Groups.
PIN
Pin important messages and attachments and find them all in one place in the user as well as in the group profile.
Video messaging
Send a video message to your co-workers across 1:1 and group chats. You can record the video either in portrait (9:16) or landscape (16:9) video resolution and while recording a video message, you can make a selection on the microphone and the webcam of your choice.
Extended Search
With the extended text search, you can apply text or keyword search on the filenames or on the captions attached to the text, image, and video file attachments to retrieve the right (desired) file attachment. While using the extended text search, you can enable the toggle switch to view the precise search results filtered out from the chat history or disable it to view the highlighted search results of the keyword/text from the entire chat history.
Auto-Delete
The TM-Admin has centralized access to set your chat history to auto-delete from the admin-dashboard controls. Your chat history from 1:1 and group chat gets auto-deleted based on the time, duration, and time zone they set. They can control the auto-deletion to only messages, only files, or both on messages and files. Also, they can randomly choose the users or groups on whom they want to implement the auto-delete. The deleted chat history can be permanently deleted or archived to the server based on TM-Admin’s selection.

Find the code snippet filter in the chat area filters bar. Apply it to the chat history to filter out code snippet messages.
Edit Captions
You can edit captions attached to the delivered(sent) image or text file attachments
Forward – With Caption
Now you can retain the captions attached to text, image, or video attachments as-is while you forward them to other users enabling the option "With Caption

Now, the chat area's search icon has text search and chat area filters in it.
Platform Indicator
The online platform indicator at the user and group profile shows the platforms the user currently uses. It further helps you to see the platform from where the user is typing the message, either from an Android device, iOS, Desktop, or Browser.

However, the platform icon in a group is [only shown]/[shown only] while the group member types a message.

File Deck is a comprehensive file management module of Troop Messenger that acts as a central repository of the files shared across 1:1 and group chats! Also, it lets you add files from the local storage of your PC to it. Have faster access to all the files in one place, i.e., within Troop Messenger.

TM Files
TM Files is the place where you can find all the files shared across 1:1 messaging and group chats of Troop Messenger. Whether it is an image attachment, a text file, or a video, you get the complete information about the file, on which date it was shared, shared from, and to whom it was shared. Within TM files you can:
  • Filter out files by members, groups, and by orange members
  • View all the sent files in one place by applying the ‘Files Sent’ filter
  • View all the received files in one place using the ‘Files Received’ filter
  • Use the search filters to find files by their type, date, and by tags.
  • Preview the file on the UI.
  • Use the option of pop-out to view the file in a browser window.
  • Share, download, or delete a file.

MY Files
My Files is the place where you can create a new folder within it, upload a file or a folder from your personal computer’s local storage to the Troop Messenger cloud. A new way of collaboration, specially developed for programmers enabling them to write or edit the lines of code on this jointly code editor when they share a group call. QRP - Quick Response Panel

Fonts

Code snippet
The code snippet feature of Troop Messenger is available across the single-user and the group conversations window! It helps you write, copy, and paste, the code in many programming languages that the code editor supports. You can make your developers work on the code snippet from their window, or a team of developers can write their share of code and work together collectively on it from the group conversations window. While you can view it across all platforms, the facility of writing and editing is available only on the web and desktop editions.
Roles - Admin Dashboard
The roles such as TM-Admin (Troop Messenger-Admin) defined for every Troop Messenger account are now explicitly seen under the Users tab of the admin dashboard. The TM-Admin can create new roles and set permissions on them to allow/restrict the use of the services of view, create, edit, and delete on the features and facilities of the application.

Join Now
The Join Now facility of the group calling(audio-video) feature allows the users to join the ongoing call. You may not find such an exceptional facility in any other team calling applications.
Group Calling
The Group Calling facility enables the users of the group to join an audio/video group call to talk and have face-to-face work conversations with each other. While initiating a group audio call from the group conversations window, the host can transition it to a group video call.
Once after the call has been initiated:
  • The users/participants can be added to an ongoing call.
  • The ‘Join Now’, facility helps the users to join the ongoing call.
  • They can reject a group call by replying to the call with the selected customized messages.
Enhanced Group Profile
  • Find the newly added ‘Logs’ and ‘Settings’ buttons in the group profile section.
  • The Logs feature gives a detailed history of the activities performed by the group admin/moderator. It shows the actions of; group creation, adding or removing users, making or removing users as admin/moderator by date and time.
  • The Settings feature of the group profile allows the group admin to exit the group by making any other user as a group admin.
Also, this feature helps the group admin to delete:
  • All messages and files of the group
  • Only messages of the group

UI Change on Conversation Window
The one-on-one and the group conversations window has undergone a minor UI change. The former with voice calling, video calling, and screen sharing icons, while the latter with a group calling icon placed at the top right corner of the chat area. Also, a new 3-dot menu has been added on the top right corner with the functionalities of keyword search and advanced data filters housing in it.

Contacts
  • Admins can view added contacts and edit selected profile information of team members.
  • To view contact, click the contact icon in the left sidebar. Search for a member, then click the ellipsis (three vertical dots) at the right side of the contact name and choose the ‘View Profile’ option.

Favourite Contact Conversations Filter
This enhancement allows you to filter out your favourite contacts by clicking on the favourite contacts star symbol present at the top right of the users/participants list of the Troop Messenger page.

PIN
Pin important messages and attachments and find them all in one place in the user as well as in the group profile.
Video messaging
Send a video message to your co-workers across 1:1 and group chats. You can record the video either in portrait (9:16) or landscape (16:9) video resolution and while recording a video message, you can make a selection on the microphone and the webcam of your choice.
Extended Search
With the extended text search, you can apply text or keyword search on the filenames or on the captions attached to the text, image, and video file attachments to retrieve the right (desired) file attachment. While using the extended text search, you can enable the toggle switch to view the precise search results filtered out from the chat history or disable it to view the highlighted search results of the keyword/text from the entire chat history.
Auto-Delete
The TM-Admin has centralized access to set your chat history to auto-delete from the admin-dashboard controls. Your chat history from 1:1 and group chat gets auto-deleted based on the time, duration, and time zone they set. They can control the auto-deletion to only messages, only files, or both on messages and files. Also, they can randomly choose the users or groups on whom they want to implement the auto-delete. The deleted chat history can be permanently deleted or archived to the server based on TM-Admin’s selection.

Join Now
The Join Now facility of the group calling(audio-video) feature allows the users to join the ongoing call. You may not find such an exceptional facility in any other team calling applications.
Group Calling
The Group Calling facility enables the users of the group to join an audio/video group call to talk and have face-to-face work conversations with each other. While initiating a group audio call from the group conversations window, the host can transition it to a group video call.
Once after the call has been initiated:
  • The users/participants can be added to an ongoing call.
  • The ‘Join Now’, facility helps the users to join the ongoing call.
  • They can reject a group call by replying to the call with the selected customized messages.
Enhanced Group Profile
  • Find the newly added ‘Logs’ and ‘Settings’ buttons in the group profile section.
  • The Logs feature gives a detailed history of the activities performed by the group admin/moderator. It shows the actions of; group creation, adding or removing users, making or removing users as admin/moderator by date and time.
  • The Settings feature of the group profile allows the group admin to exit the group by making any other user as a group admin.

The one-on-one and the group conversations window has undergone a minor UI change. Join Now
The Join Now facility of the group calling(audio-video) feature allows the users to join the ongoing call. You may not find such an exceptional facility in any other team calling applications.
Group Calling
The Group Calling facility enables the users of the group to join an audio/video group call to talk and have face-to-face work conversations with each other. While initiating a group audio call from the group conversations window, the host can transition it to a group video call.
Once after the call has been initiated:
  • The users/participants can be added to an ongoing call.
  • The ‘Join Now’, facility helps the users to join the ongoing call.
  • They can reject a group call by replying to the call with the selected customized messages.
Enhanced Group Profile
  • Find the newly added ‘Logs’ and ‘Settings’ buttons in the group profile section.
  • The Logs feature gives a detailed history of the activities performed by the group admin/moderator. It shows the actions of; group creation, adding or removing users, making or removing users as admin/moderator by date and time.
  • The Settings feature of the group profile allows the group admin to exit the group by making any other user as a group admin.

Find the common groups you and your co-worker(user) belong to. Go to the user profile to view the list of Common Groups.
PIN
Pin important messages and attachments and find them all in one place in the user as well as in the group profile.
Video messaging
Send a video message to your co-workers across 1:1 and group chats. You can record the video either in portrait (9:16) or landscape (16:9) video resolution and while recording a video message, you can make a selection on the microphone and the webcam of your choice.
Extended Search
With the extended text search, you can apply text or keyword search on the filenames or on the captions attached to the text, image, and video file attachments to retrieve the right (desired) file attachment. While using the extended text search, you can enable the toggle switch to view the precise search results filtered out from the chat history or disable it to view the highlighted search results of the keyword/text from the entire chat history.
Auto-Delete
The TM-Admin has centralized access to set your chat history to auto-delete from the admin-dashboard controls. Your chat history from 1:1 and group chat gets auto-deleted based on the time, duration, and time zone they set. They can control the auto-deletion to only messages, only files, or both on messages and files. Also, they can randomly choose the users or groups on whom they want to implement the auto-delete. The deleted chat history can be permanently deleted or archived to the server based on TM-Admin’s selection.

The code snippet feature of Troop Messenger is available across the single-user and the group conversations window! It helps you write, copy, and paste, the code in many programming languages that the code editor supports. While you can view it across all platforms, the facility of writing and editing is available only on the web and desktop editions.
Roles - Admin Dashboard

Join Now
The Join Now facility of the group calling(audio-video) feature allows the users to join the ongoing call. You may not find such an exceptional facility in any other team calling applications.
Group Calling
The Group Calling facility enables the users of the group to join an audio/video group call to talk and have face-to-face work conversations with each other. While initiating a group audio call from the group conversations window, the host can transition it to a group video call.
Once after the call has been initiated:
  • The users/participants can be added to an ongoing call.
  • The ‘Join Now’, facility helps the users to join the ongoing call.

Only group Admin/Moderator can send messages. It is more like a group that is purposed for Broadcasting. The normal users cannot send any messages in Airtime group.

Contacts
  • Admins can view added contacts and edit selected profile information of team members.
  • To view contact, click the contact icon in the left sidebar. Search for a member, then click the ellipsis (three vertical dots) at the right side of the contact name and choose the ‘View Profile’ option.
  • To edit profile, click the ellipsis an opt for ‘Edit Profile,’ make your changes and click Save.
  • Team members can also add new contacts. At the top of the screen, click the ‘Add Contact’ icon. Then, enter the personal information, company info, and address of each contact, and click save. The added contact will appear in the contacts directory.

Respond later filter
