Unable to load Troop Messenger Application? Please follow this troubleshooting Guide (Windows).
Step 1 :

Type “This PC” from your system from Windows Cortana, as directed by arrow as shown in the below figure.

Step 2 :

Press Enter or Click on This PC.

 

Step 3 :

Double Click on C drive, as directed by the arrow from the figure below.

You are taken to C-Drive.

Step 4 :

Double click,as directed by the arrow from the below figure.

You are taken to the Users folder.

Step 5 :

Double Click on your User Name (eg:John).

Note: We took John as a Username in this Troubleshoot Guide.

You are taken to the Username (eg:John) folder as shown in the below figure.

Step 6 :

Click View as directed by the arrow in the below figure.

Step 7 :

Enable Hidden Items by selecting the check-box, as directed by the arrow from the below figure.

Now the “AppData” folder is visible.

Step 8 :

Double Click “AppData”, as directed by the arrow from the below figure.

You are taken to the AppData folder.

Step 9 :

Double-Click Roaming, as directed by the arrow from the below figure.

You are taken to Roaming folder.

Step 10 :

Double-Click on Troop Messenger, as directed by the arrow from the below.

You are taken to Troop Messenger folder.

Step 11 :

Close Troop Messenger application from the Task Bar on your PC, in case if it is opened.

Step 12 :

In the Troop Messenger folder, Press CTRL+A (Select All), as shown in the below figure.

Step 13 :

Press Shift Delete.

A pop-up message window is opened saying, “Are you sure you want to permanently delete these items,”, as shown in the below figure.
