How to use the feature, the Contacts Management?

Step 1 :

Go to Contacts.

Step 2 :

Search by Name or Mobile Number as directed by the arrow, as shown from the figure below.

View the filtered search results.

Step 3 :

Click ADD CONTACT as directed by the arrow, as shown from the figure below.

An Add Contact form is opened.

Step 4 :

Enter the required fields.

Step 5 :

Click Save.

The newly added contact has been saved successfully.

Step 6 :

Hover on the contact’s three-dot menu as directed by the arrow, as shown from the figure below.

A drop-down menu is opened.

Step 7 :

Click on View as directed by the arrow, as shown from the figure below.

A View Contact window is opened. Have a look at the other details of the Contact.

Step 8 :

Click on Duplicate as directed by the arrow, as shown from the figure below.
