SupportHow to use Global Search – Search by user ?
On to the left side of the Troop Messenger home page, click
as directed by the arrow as shown in the below figure.
A collapsible drop-down panel is opened.
Click
to restrict your search to users/team members/participants list.
A users/team members/participant list icon turns red when it’s clicked and a user’s list alone is opened, as shown in the figure below.
Scroll the side bar or roll over the mouse on the left panel user window to see the entire users list.
Click
as directed by the arrow as shown in the below figure.
You are taken to the top of the list.
Click
to come out of the global search.
How to use Global Search – Search by user ?
On Troop Messenger home page, click 
as directed by the arrow as shown in the below figure.
You will be taken to the page as shown in the below figure.
Click 
to restrict your search to users/team members/participants list.
A users/team members/participant list icon turns red when it’s clicked and a user’s list alone is opened, as shown in the figure below.
Scroll over the entire user window or search by typing in the search area for user/team member.
Click 
as directed by the arrow as shown in the below figure.
You are taken to the top of the list.
Click 
to come out of the global search.
