How to configure Notification settings (Windows)?

On your computer, look for “Notifications & actions settings” on the left menu and click it as directed by the arrow from the figure below.

You will be taken to the “Notifications & Actions settings” page.

(a) Go to the bottom part of the right panel, check for the app 'Troop Messenger' it's On(blue) as directed by the arrow from the figure below.

(b) Click on Troop Messenger as directed by the arrow from the figure below.

Check "Play a sound when a notification arrives" is "ON" as directed by the arrow from the figure below.

Now you have successfully enabled Troop Messenger Notifications in your system.
