The Organize facility hosts the module of Contacts Management in Troop Messenger. This Contacts Management feature helps the users of the application to know and view the business details of the in-house teams, customers, clients, and others in just a single view.

By using contacts management, any member of the Troop Messenger can simply add the personal info, business info, and addresses of other team members or non-employees.

Also, it allows viewing and duplicating the contact details along with the provision of sending a direct message to the selected contact.
