There is no need to fight with the changes themselves – this is a normal and, in general, inevitable process. But how to work with these changes is up to you.

9. Get rid of perfectionism

After all, the main task of the project manager is to implement the project, complete it. Perfectionism often forces you to spend months of precious time debugging some minor functionality. If the functionality is critical for users or the customer, it's one thing, but it often happens that a huge number of man–hours are spent on completely insignificant details.
